Round
faces suit hats with large brims and high flat
crowns. You should avoid flowerpot style hats
with short rolled brims. Choose a hat with good
proportions for your face, avoid an over-small
hat; jaunty miniature top hats will do you no
favours. Angle your hat so the brim cuts across
the roundness of your face. Try an asymmetric
brim; these are flattering to most face shapes as
most of our faces are not perfectly symmetrical.
You could also wear a hat with a stunning crown,
which would draw the eye upwards, or a
square-shaped crown which would strengthen the
