Pebbles Hats is situated near Cardiff in the seaside town of Penarth, South Wales in the UK. We specialise in hiring fabulous designer hats by top milliners such as Philip Treacy, Philip Somerville, Pip Hackett and many more.

We also offer a bespoke millinery service with hats made by Catherine Povey. Hats and fascinators can be made to your specifications. If you want something outrageous and wild for Ascot, a funky mini hat or a discreet feather concoction to match your outfit, we can help.
