Pebbles Hats is situated near Cardiff in the seaside town of Penarth, South Wales in the UK. We specialise in hiring out fabulous designer hats by top milliners such as Philip Treacy, Philip Somerville, Pip Hackett and many more. Many of our hats retail in top stores such as Harrods and Harvey Nichols for hundreds of pounds but you can hire them here for a fraction of the sale price.

As well as our range of superb designer hats for hire we also offer a bespoke millinery service. Hats and fascinators can be made to your specifications and in colours to match your outfit, the range is limited only by your imagination.
